What Weedy Deal is — and isn't
Weedy Deal is an information and advertising service. We do not sell, deliver, broker, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis. We aggregate publicly available deals from licensed Nevada dispensaries and present them so you can compare value. Every purchase happens directly with a state-licensed retailer, under their terms, on their premises or platform.
Because we don't touch product, money, or fulfillment, Weedy Deal is not a cannabis establishment and does not hold a retail cannabis license. We are a directory — closer to a search engine than a store.
Cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older in Nevada. It remains illegal under U.S. federal law and in many other jurisdictions. You may only use Weedy Deal if you are 21 or older and located where adult-use cannabis is legal. Deals, prices, and availability are set by the dispensaries, change frequently, and may be inaccurate or expired — always verify with the dispensary before you travel or buy.
Privacy Policy
We collect the least we can to show you good deals nearby, and we never sell your identity to advertisers. Here's exactly what we gather, why, and the controls you have.

We do not collect your date of birth beyond the 21+ verification, and we never ask for payment information — we never process payments.
How we use it
- To run the service: find nearby deals, send the sign-in and alert emails you request.
- To improve: understand which deals and dispensaries are useful (aggregated analytics).
- To keep things safe and lawful: prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share limited data with vendors who run parts of the service on our behalf — our email provider, our map provider, and our analytics provider — under contracts that bar them from using it for their own purposes. We may share aggregated, non-identifying handoff counts with dispensaries (e.g. “312 people viewed your deals this month”). We do not sell your name, email, or precise location to data brokers or advertisers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Nevada's NRS 603A and California's CCPA/CPRA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale or sharing. You can do most of this yourself from your account or the Privacy Choices section below, or email privacy@weedydeal.com. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
Retention & security
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where we must retain limited records by law. We protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Weedy Deal is strictly for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21 and will delete it if discovered.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Use these controls to limit how your data is used. Your choices are saved to this device immediately; sign in to apply them to your account everywhere.
Toggling on means you permit that use; leaving it off opts you out. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control signals automatically. We never sell your name, email, or precise location to data brokers or advertisers.

Terms of Service
By using Weedy Deal you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; the short version is “we show you deals as best we can, but verify before you buy, and be an adult about it.”
1 · Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and located where adult-use cannabis is legal. By using the service you confirm both.
2 · The service
Weedy Deal is an information directory of cannabis deals from licensed retailers. We do not sell, supply, or deliver cannabis and are not a party to any transaction between you and a dispensary.
3 · Accuracy & “no warranty”
Deals are gathered from third-party sources and refreshed frequently, but prices, availability, potency, and terms are set by the dispensaries and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or expired.The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Always confirm a deal directly with the dispensary before relying on it.
4 · Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or misuse the service; don't use it to break any law; don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
5 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weedy Deal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any issue arising from a purchase you make with a dispensary. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for consumers is typically zero.
6 · Changes, termination & law
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
How we make money
Honesty is the product, so here's the business model in full:
- Affiliate handoffs. When you continue to a dispensary through Weedy Deal, we may earn a referral fee from that dispensary. This never affects how we rank deals — ranking is always by real value to you ($/g or $/mg).
- Sponsored placements. Cannabis brands may pay to feature products on brand and category pages. These are always clearly labeled “Sponsored” and are never mixed into value-ranked results in a way that disguises them as organic.
If a link or placement is compensated, you'll be able to tell. That's a promise, not a footnote.
Accessibility
We want Weedy Deal to work for everyone. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA: 44×44px minimum touch targets, 4.5:1 text contrast, full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
