What Weedy Deal is — and isn't
Weedy Deal is an information and advertising service. We do not sell, deliver, broker, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis. We aggregate publicly available deals from licensed Nevada dispensaries and present them so you can compare value. Every purchase happens directly with a state-licensed retailer.
Terms of Service
By using Weedy Deal you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; the short version is “we show you deals as best we can, but verify before you buy, and be an adult about it.”
1 · Eligibility
You must be 21 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be located where adult-use cannabis is legal. By using the service you confirm all three.
2 · The service
Weedy Deal is an information directory of cannabis deals from licensed retailers. We do not sell, supply, or deliver cannabis and are not a party to any transaction between you and a dispensary. You release Weedy Deal from any claim arising out of a product you buy, or a transaction or interaction you have, with a dispensary.
3 · Accuracy & “no warranty”
Deals are gathered from third-party sources and refreshed frequently, but prices, availability, potency, and terms are set by the dispensaries and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or expired. Always confirm a deal directly with the dispensary before relying on it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEAL, PRICE, POTENCY, OR AVAILABILITY IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
4 · Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or misuse the service; don't use it to break any law; don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
5 · Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEEDY DEAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ISSUE ARISING FROM A PURCHASE YOU MAKE WITH A DISPENSARY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
6 · Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Weedy Deal harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of any law. We will notify you of any such claim and may control its defense; you will not settle a claim that affects us without our written consent. This does not apply to anything caused by our own willful misconduct.
7 · Changes, termination & law
We may update the service and these terms. For material changes we will post a new effective date and take reasonable steps to notify you; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Any claim relating to the service must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
8 · General
You accept these terms when you confirm them at sign-up or by using the service. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor (for example, in a merger or sale of the business). We send legal notices to the email on your account. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Weedy Deal about the service.
