What Weedy Deal is — and isn't
Weedy Deal is an information and advertising service. We do not sell, deliver, broker, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis. We aggregate publicly available deals from licensed Nevada dispensaries and present them so you can compare value. Every purchase happens directly with a state-licensed retailer, under their terms, on their premises or platform.
Because we don't touch product, money, or fulfillment, Weedy Deal is not a cannabis establishment and does not hold a retail cannabis license. We are a directory — closer to a search engine than a store.
Cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older in Nevada. It remains illegal under U.S. federal law and in many other jurisdictions. You may only use Weedy Deal if you are 21 or older and located where adult-use cannabis is legal. Deals, prices, and availability are set by the dispensaries, change frequently, and may be inaccurate or expired — always verify with the dispensary before you travel or buy.
Privacy Policy
We collect the least we can to show you good deals nearby, and we never sell your identity to advertisers. Here's exactly what we gather, why, and the controls you have.

We collect this directly from you (account and preferences), from your device (location with permission, usage), and from cookies and similar technologies. We do not collect your date of birth beyond the 21+ verification, and we never ask for payment information — we never process payments.
How we use it
- To run the service: find nearby deals, send the sign-in and alert emails you request.
- To improve: understand which deals and dispensaries are useful (aggregated analytics).
- To keep things safe and lawful: prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share limited data with vendors who run parts of the service on our behalf, under contracts that bar them from using it for their own purposes:
- Resend — sends your sign-in links and the deal alerts you opt into.
- Mapbox — renders the map and estimates drive times.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Analytics — aggregate usage measurement. We run Google Analytics with its advertising features turned off (no Google Signals, no ad personalization) and IP addresses anonymized, so it measures how the product is used rather than building advertising profiles. Usage data is processed by Google under its terms.
We may share aggregated, non-identifying handoff counts with dispensaries (e.g. “312 people viewed your deals this month”). We do not sell your name, email, or precise location to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under Nevada's NRS 603A and California's CCPA/CPRA), you can request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any sale or sharing. You can do most of this yourself from your account or the Privacy Choices page, or email privacy@weedydeal.com. We aim to respond within the timeframes the law requires (for CCPA/CPRA, within 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
No discrimination. We will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or give you a different level of service for exercising any of these rights.
Precise location & sensitive information
If you grant location permission, we use your precise geolocation only to show deals near you and estimate drive times. Precise geolocation is treated as “sensitive personal information” under California law. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it. You can decline or revoke location access at any time in your browser or device settings — the app still works using an approximate, city-level location.
Retention & security
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where we must retain limited records by law. We protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Weedy Deal is strictly for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21 and will delete it if discovered.
